Valentine's Day Soirée, 2010

The Fort Lee Alumni Chapter, Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc. held its annual “Valentine's Day Soirée” in support of its college scholarship fundraising drive. This year's event took place on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at the Fort Lee Regimental Club. Again, the event was very well attended, with over 300 participants and patrons showing up to support the Annual Scholarship Fund Drive. The fund-raising supporters feasted on hors d'oeuvres and danced well into the evening.

Valentine's Day Soirée, 2009

The Fort Lee Alumni Chapter, Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc. held a “Valentine's Day Soirée” as part of its annual college scholarship fundraising drive. The event took place on February 14, 2009 at the Fort Lee Regimental Club. Over 200 patrons attended the event. The dance raised approximately $2,000.00 toward scholarships for graduating senior male students at Petersburg (VA) area high schools.

"The Fort Lee Alumni Chapter, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., recently competed in and was highly considered as the Eastern Province Chapter Website of the Year. The site was considered among websites from Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia for site attributes which included: overall layout/design, interactive dynamics and access to Chapter activities such as scholarship announcements and other community service information. The site was recognized and acknowledged as one of the best sites in the Eastern Province."
